I fall in love with images sometimes

One of the great things about doing a  “live documentary” is that you can constantly add stuff to it. I’m always on the lookout for new images. Bill Daniel, the amazing filmmaker, photographer, and Johnny Appleseed of the underground art world, has a new photo series of called the “The Dead Gas Stations of the Permian Basin.” They are fantastic photos that say much about the unraveling of a 20th Century belief in progress, science and consumption.  I’m trying to figure out a way to work one or more of them into UTOPIA.
